This is an entry or junior level role (1-2 years’ experience) for a candidate looking to build a career in a commercial function at a fast-growing, innovative SaaS business
A bachelor’s degree equivalent experience
A passionate self-starter with a data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
A track record of exceeding goals
Prior experience in a start-up technology company or desire to work in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects

What the job involves

This role is crucial to the growth of the commercial function, acting as the first point of contact for all commercial conversations
Support the sales team and CEO on key business development and lead generation activities
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
Contact and qualify leads via email, phone, or social media to build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
Articulate the fit that CultureAI has within an organisation and arrange demo calls for the sales team
Prepare sales collateral to support customer pitches
Be involved in initiatives to drive improvements across the acquisition funnel
Play an important role in helping us define sales and marketing efforts and long-term strategies
