Who you are

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing IT team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard/report creation, and BI tools
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proficiency in SQL and database management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of DAX
R/Python expertise is a plus

What the job involves

The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
Design, develop, and maintain BI Solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
Work with and model disparate data sources to meet business
Optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards and
Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, reports, and DAX
Partner with Data Engineering to improve and maintain our data model
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
