What the job involves
- The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels
- They will work closely with the marketing team to set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget, and use data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive performance
- They will be responsible for a mix of regional and global campaigns
- Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Stay on top of the ad spend and deliver a strong return on investment while adhering to allocated budgets
- Manage purchase orders and forward invoices from the ad platforms to the finance team accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and vendor agreements
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize ROAS
- Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives and forecast outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Our take
Call centres have been a mainstay of sales teams for decades, with the human touch delivering an impression conversion rate of about 30% for inbound calls. However analogue call centres are physical infrastructure-heavy and unable to take advantage of the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid ways of work. Aircall exists to change that, providing a cloud-based call centre infrastructure that allows sales teams to work from their home offices.
Aircall isn't the only company in this space, and it faces heavy competition from Cloudtalk, another cloud-based call centre solution. However Aircall stands out in the market by its use of open APIs and webhooks, making integration with existing productivity and helpdesk tools much easier, and its superior call quality. Aircall has developed a significant customer base with these strengths, with over 15,000 companies using its platform.
The company has raised significant funding in recent years, highlighting the confidence investors have in their offering. With a rapidly expanding presence in the US, European, UK and Australian markets and recent refresher leadership hires, Aircall could soon be a widely recognised international player in the telephone software industry.
