Partnership Manager, Aura

• Proven experience acquiring, onboarding and managing external partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders; confident presenting, negotiating and influencing
• Commercially minded and OKR/KPI-driven: able to manage partner performance through data, cadence and practical coaching
• Experience working in financially regulated or compliance-led environments, with clear understanding of governance, audit trails and approved messaging
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities at pace
• Competent with CRM systems and performance reporting

• 1) Partnership acquisition and deal-making
• Identify and approach prospective partners aligned to Aura Life’s partnership strategy and target segments
• Build and manage a partnership pipeline: outreach, discovery, proposition shaping, pitching and negotiation
• Structure commercial proposals and agreements that align incentives, protect customer outcomes and meet regulatory requirements
• Secure signed agreements and move partners efficiently from “commit” to “live”
• 2) Partner onboarding and activation
• Own partner onboarding end-to-end: due diligence inputs, documentation, training, compliance approvals and operational setup
• Define and implement clear referral journeys and SLAs (lead submission, speed-to-lead, handoffs, feedback loops and issue resolution)
• Ensure partners are equipped with compliant materials, scripts, guidance, and practical enablement to generate high-quality referrals
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing and Data/CRM) to deliver a smooth partner launch
• 3) Relationship management and partner growth
• Build trusted relationships with partner decision makers and operational teams; become the day-to-day commercial lead for key accounts
• Run a performance cadence: weekly activity touchpoints where needed, weekly and monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Track partner KPIs (lead volume, quality, conversion, revenue, cost-to-acquire, persistency where applicable, and customer outcomes)
• Diagnose performance issues and implement improvements: training, process changes, incentive refinements and campaign activity
• Capture partner feedback and market insight to continually improve the proposition and partner experience
• 4) Performance, MI and OKR delivery
• Deliver agreed OKRs tied to partner acquisition, activation and revenue outcomes
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting, ensuring transparency of pipeline, forecasts and partner performance
• Provide clear weekly updates to the Chief Commercial Officer, highlighting progress, risks, mitigation and next steps
• 5) Compliance and Governance
• Operate within Aura Life’s regulatory framework, ensuring all partner activity supports compliant customer journeys and good outcomes
• Ensure partners adhere to agreed processes, disclosures, and approved marketing/claims; escalate issues promptly and appropriately
• Maintain strong auditability: records of partner communications, agreements, training completion and MI
• Work closely with Compliance to keep partner operations aligned with changing expectations and internal policy
