Who you are

Proven track record in leading UX projects, able to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Exceptional project management skills, with experience driving projects from concept to launch on time and within budget
Data-driven, with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and analytics to guide product decisions
Excellent communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders, users, and team members at all levels

Desirable

Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinker with the ambition and capability to grow into a product leadership role as QDEX scales
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence

What the job involves

Take the reins on developing our MVP, setting the roadmap, and ensuring a user-centred approach
Work closely with the founders to turn vision into reality. You will own the project, manage timelines, and lead UX efforts to deliver an intuitive, high-quality product that aligns with our business goals
This role offers significant growth potential, with an opportunity to evolve into a more senior product leadership role as we scale
