Senior Research Partner, Maze

• Familiarity with UXR and Design tools

• The Research Partner will be the Research expert in our Go-to-market team
• You will be a co-pilot to Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, helping them inspire confidence in our prospects and customers
• The main objective of the role is to help customers make Maze a central part of their Product Development process
• This will fuel our customer health and company growth
• Role responsibilities primarily include leading customer engagements such as sales calls, workshops and enablement sessions; building change management and enablement programs; and working internally to meet customer needs
