Who you are
- Strong ownership mentality and a demonstrated ability to drive products from concept through production
- Experience working with financial markets, market data, trading systems, or financial infrastructure products
- Proven track record of shipping products or features that delivered meaningful customer or business impact
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex systems
- 5–8 years of product management experience in fast-moving or high-growth environments
- Experience operating across product, engineering, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create alignment and remove execution bottlenecks across teams
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high technical and organizational complexity
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Product Manager to join the industry-leading Chainlink Data team. This role sits at the intersection of financial markets, real-time data infrastructure, and distributed systems
- You will work on products that bring high-quality global market data onto blockchain networks across both private and public ecosystems. The systems you help build operate in latency-sensitive environments where reliability, market structure awareness, and execution quality matter
- As a Product Manager, you will own product direction from strategy through delivery. You will work closely with engineering, research, GTM, and infrastructure teams to drive roadmap execution, shape product requirements, and ensure products are delivered at a high operational standard
- We are looking for entrepreneurial product managers who combine strong product intuition with execution rigor, care deeply about how products are built and shipped, and thrive in fast-moving technical environments
- Own the product roadmap and execution strategy for key Chainlink Data products
- Work closely with engineering, research, sales, and marketing teams to drive product delivery and adoption
- Lead concept analysis, feature discovery, and technical exploration based on customer needs, market opportunities, and internal product ideas
- Define clear product requirements, priorities, and success criteria to enable efficient execution across teams
- Drive product release and rollout planning across core engineering, infrastructure, and integration teams
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align teams around strategic priorities and execution
- Make difficult product tradeoffs across customer needs, technical constraints, security requirements, reliability, and delivery timelines
- Help shape products operating at the frontier of on-chain finance and real-time market infrastructure

Smart contracts are the future of transparent, fair, and efficient digital dealings across industries as diverse as lending, real estate, and international trade. Historically, the application of smart contracts was limited to on-chain data, but oracle mechanisms like Chainlink Labs can be used to import off-chain data (like those required for the broader application of smart contracts) onto the chain.
Chainlink Labs' work has marked a significant step forward in the progress of blockchain technologies - and has proven a remarkable success story for the company. It is responsible for the largest global decentralised oracle network in the world, used by hundreds of projects spanning online gaming and cryptocurrency. It has also received its fair share of critique - but blockchain technology at large remains a work in progress, and Chainlink has been quick to develop solutions.
All in all, the benefits of Chainlink’s work look set to become even more pronounced, as smart contracts become more widely applied across the globe.
