Who you are

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving HR transformation and delivering exceptional results
HR expertise; knowledge of (Dutch) HR practises and principles in a fast growing international tech company
Employee retention; focusing on the continuation of the strategic HR projects where we look at the improvement of the employee engagement
Change management; experience in managing change initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Employee Development; knowledge and experience in implementing initiatives that improve the employee experience within the company
Data driven reporting and decision making; experience in using data to make the best people decisions
Fluency in Dutch is a MUST for this role

What the job involves

We are on the hunt for a strategic Head of HR to lead and develop HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives
Support the Leadership Team: Advise and assist the leadership team on all aspects of people management, including performance management, remuneration, and employee development
Be responsible for Performance Management: Implement and drive the performance management methodology across the organization
Organizational Effectiveness: Initiate and implement people programs and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
People Operations: Oversee people operations, including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Culture and Values: Foster the company culture and values by leading by example and ensuring a fulfilling employee experience
Reporting; Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, employee satisfaction, and other key performance indicators to senior management
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the lean people team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient operation
