Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- ACA qualification
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role with a focus on international operations, preferably in a multinational corporation
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a keen ability to translate data into strategic insights
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and international regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior executives and stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions
What the job involves
- A fantastic, newly created role in the Ofrium Group to lead our International FP&A efforts
- This is a key hire for the company and will report into the International CFO
- The International Head of FP&A will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for our organization's international operations
- This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level
- The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining financial stability, optimizing performance, and driving growth in our international markets
- Develop and manage the annual international budget and long-term financial plan
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support business decisions and investments in international markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate the potential outcomes of various strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning
- Analyze market and industry data to enhance forecasting accuracy and to identify key drivers impacting the international business
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Identify and manage financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Continuously improve financial planning and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Implement best practices, standardize procedures, and leverage technology to optimize FP&A operations
