Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry
- The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, is organized and has the ability to earn the trust of customers to create an exceptional experience

- Hold an active real estate license (or an interest in getting licensed within your first three months which Orchard will pay for)
- The Customer Success Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard
- The right candidate will be friendly, organized, and trustworthy, in order to create an exceptional customer experience

What the job involves
- You will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard and pitch Orchards various service offerings to potential customers with the goal of scheduling time with them and a licensed real estate agent
- You will be expected to generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls, maintain a personal database of leads, and share customer learnings to help us better service customers with superior offline and online experiences
- The Customer Success Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email and text
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
- In this role there will be an opportunity for ongoing mentorship by Orchard Sales Leadership
