What the job involves
- 1. Customer incident management
- Provide excellent customer service, via chat, email, or other channels, with a positive attitude and a focus on service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for ensuring that all journeys are carried out in optimal conditions and that our users have the best experience
- Manage in-session users and out-of-session users' query leads from the webchat
- Be the point of contact between the users and our operational teams on the field
- 2. Reporting and Support to the rest of the company
- You are the eyes and the ears of the company
- Communicate YEGO team the feedback from our users to improve the service
- Detection and reporting of application failures to the technical team
- User activation and management of "after ride" messages
- 3. Administrative Management
- User activation and management of "after ride" messages
- Periodical review of the entries to the depot, managing the authorizations and the towing cases
- Follow up with clients in appropriate cases
- Regular review and management of incoming fines
