Role
Who you are
- Have at least 1 year sales or telephone support experience or be starting your career with a real passion and flair for sales and customer support
- Good communication skills, confidence to call and speak with senior stakeholders within schools and provide clear follow up details
- A genuine interest in education and passion for making a difference to the lives of our members
- Organised and diligent taking pride in strong account administration
Desirable
- Have experience of working in a membership organisation/association
- Knowledge of the education sector
- Experience of working with Salesforce CRM and/or Zendesk
What the job involves
- Securing membership upgrades by contacting members in advance of their renewal and working with decision makers to enable them to gain an understanding of the benefits The Key Whole school membership can offer them
- Securing new school sales by following up on inbound enquiries
- Securing renewals by proactively contacting and engaging schools where a previous group deal has lapsed
