Product-Led Growth Marketer, Translucent

• Proven experience with building and leading acquisition campaigns and tests in order to drive large volumes of users.
• Experience leading self-serve launches and communication.
• Experience working closely with product management and design teams on self-serve user journey mapping.
• Experience collaborating with product teams to identify key in-product actions and build onboarding guides/follow-up emails that help prospect users understand and use our product successfully.
• Experience gathering, treating and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions, engagement rates and optimise onboarding flows.

• As a PLG Marketer, you will be responsible for leading PLG marketing efforts of our next generation CFO Super-App. You’ll translate ideas into strategy, and follow product development from start to finish.
• You’ll join the founding and experienced team of an exciting product for finance and accounting professionals, with funding in place, and validated customer demand.
• You’ll impact the product management lifecycle at every stage of the user journey.
• You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing and Product team.
• You’ll work on product-led growth marketing strategies that will enable product teams to create customer excitement and shorten the sales cycle for product-qualified leads, namely:
• Create product-led marketing content that addresses user pain points and converts to experience our product.
• Follow-up after signup and give meaningful input to the user about how to maximise value out of the product while onboarding.
• Drive users to find value in the product, to lead to a complete conversion, upgrades and sharing with their network.
• You’ll be the owner of:
• Define the metrics we’ll run by.
• The sign up funnel and associated assets.
• To set which features should be free or paid to maximise our growth.
• To input into what we should build to maximise virality.
• Conversion rates.
