Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management, integration consulting, or a similar role in the digital advertising industry
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
- Have a deep / thorough understanding of API’s, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture
- Previous experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers
- Strong technical proficiency with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs), ad tech protocols (OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID), and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and possesses strong troubleshooting skills to guide customers through complex or escalated issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
What the job involves
- Owning the post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers, ensuring our mutual roadmaps are understood and communicated
- Manage the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support
- Conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Proactively monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize revenue and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and external partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understand their technical requirements and scope technical solutions that align our products/services to meet their needs
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
