Who you are
- This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative individual passionate about transforming complex technology into simple, human, and aspirational advertising that delivers business results
- 3+ years of experience with Meta Business Suite with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally with budgets above $1M per year
- Experience with analytics and research tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, keyword planner)
- Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
- Experience and/or ability to manage affiliate platforms like Impact
- Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance
- Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysis
- Experience or understanding of incrementality
- International awareness, with a basic knowledge of diverse cultures
- A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Analytical mindset with creative intuition — equally fluent in metrics and emotion
- A passion for health, technology, and design — and belief that sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer
- Comfortable experimenting with AI/ML tools and integrating AI-driven insights into marketing strategies. Experience or willingness to engage with AI-augmented workflows (e.g., leveraging AI for competitive research, ideation, campaign optimization)
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Paid Social Media Manager with experience in managing campaigns on Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and utilizing influencers and affiliates
- The role sits within our Global Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the VP of Growth
- It will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts
- Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok and Affiliate, while collaborating cross-functionally on Search, Shopping, and YouTube across all markets
- Carefully analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency
- Analyze and recommend new copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and testing structures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics

- Prepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps
- Research market trends and competition to ensure Eight Sleep is competitive in the market

- Stays up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices

The last decade has seen a major uptick in the number of startups and companies dedicated to supporting consumers to build good health habits, typically around food and fitness. That enthusiasm is now quite rightly being extended to how we sleep.
Eight Sleep makes “smart” mattresses and mattress covers (for regular mattresses) that use machine learning and other artificial intelligence-based algorithms to improve your sleep both by changing temperature and monitoring other physical parameters to provide an overall picture of your health.
The company is focused on two levers for growth. First, building out more technology through additional products and acquisitions, exemplified by the introduction of Span Health’s fitness-tracking app. Secondly, international expansion in Europe, where it has got off to an impressive start in the UK.
