Who you are
- We are seeking a driven teammate who pays attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills
- Bachelor of Science, Finance or Accounting degree
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA professional qualification preferred
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure with the mindset to deliver and over-achieve
- Maturity to drive things forward, step up and be a proactive contributor
- Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
Desirable
- Software and/or internet industry experience
- Experience with US multi-national
- Knowledge of Workday systems
What the job involves
- Consolidating and analysing financial data preparing commentary and understanding opportunities, risks and trends that impact the business
- Business partnering with key stakeholders and presenting analysis
- Support the annual financial planning cycle, monthly forecasting and reporting process
- Work with the finance team preparing various reports as required
- Learn new reporting technologies and tools, proactively participate in processes and systems improvement to drive performance
