Who you are
- You'll have experience in product marketing to B2B audiences, having worked in a high growth tech business in the past, ideally with a product-led growth strategy
- You are comfortable with a range of marketing tools
- You are customer-focused and balance that with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- You are analytical and rigorous - you track and measure everything and report back actionable insights to the business with a focus on continuous improvement
- You are a confident writer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create engaging content across a number of platforms
- You're a team player and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same
What the job involves
- Reporting to our Chief Product Officer with a dotted line to our Head of Brand Marketing, you'll be accountable for leading and managing the planning and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns to both launch and grow the products
- You will work closely with the product team to gain a deep knowledge of the product and how it solves the customer problems
- With the support of the sales team, you'll develop product pricing strategies and structures
- Creating and delivering training for sales and customer success teams and associated sales assets such as interactive demos and 'how to' materials
- You will be responsible for the product landing pages on our website and increasing the number of self-serve sign-ups, working closely with sales to convert these into paying customers
- You will be responsible for lead generation activities to acquire new customers
- You'll influence the product roadmap by collating structured feedback for continuous improvement
