Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Direct experience selling to the Engineering, Manufacturing, or construction sector
- Experience leading and coaching teams for success
- Experience in coaching teams to have sufficient pipeline coverage to achieve new ARR business targets- ideally from outbound
- Quantifiable track record of success and growth
- A strong drive to get things done and overcome challenges
- Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style
- Good cooperation skills
- Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience
- Fluency in English, as it is our working language

- Take the lead in developing and expanding your territory while making a meaningful impact on sustainability
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to lead and further develop our North American market, building a position of market strength and engaging with all key customers and prospects across the territory
- You will become a key member of our global Business Development management team, reporting directly to the VP of Business Development
- Collaborating closely with both our international business development teams and broader company departments, you will be part of a supportive, mission-driven, and high-performing team in a flexible and friendly work environment, with significant autonomy in your role
- In this position, you will work alongside senior and regional leadership to design and implement a sustainable growth strategy, aimed at positioning One Click LCA as a leading vendor in North America
- Your focus will be on building strong, lasting customer relationships to drive business growth
- Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the region’s full revenue potential through strategic territory expansion
- Lead and grow a local team to maximise our potential in North America
- Maximise company-wide growth by thoroughly exploring and evaluating all opportunities, ensuring time and effort are concentrated on the most valuable prospects
- Coach and expand the North American Business Development team
- Provide clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities and all business development activities
- Continually look for new opportunities to grow and expand One Click LCA’s market position in the region
- Represent the company at local events and ensure we are known and active in the market
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure we maximise positive impact within the region
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Actively contribute to the Global Business Development team by sharing insights and helping to establish and refine global best practices

The total commercial and residential building floor area is expected to double in the next 40 years, contributing to 230 gigatons of embodied carbon. One Click LCA recognises the urgent need to scale up efforts to decarbonise these sectors, so supplies a Life Cycle Assessment platform for the entire construction value chain.
Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) apply scientific methodology to measure the environmental impact and sustainability metrics for projects and products, but can often be complex to complete. Through One Click LCA's platform, however, users can easily run LCAs, and subsequently report and make efforts to reduce their carbon emissions.
Put simply, the company's tech supports the calculation and reduction of environmental impacts associated with building, infrastructure, renovation projects, and manufactured products. Recent funding will help boost research and development, accelerate enterprise solutions delivery, support global expansion, and enable mergers and acquisitions across the construction and manufacturing verticals.
