Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack B2B Marketing leadership experience including demand generation, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, with a strong experience in B2B. Experience marketing to large Insurers or similar preferred
- Proven experience in content marketing and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
What the job involves
- We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead the Marketing team, Demand Generation, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Brand Marketing, and more

- This role requires an individual who can balance both the analytical and creative aspects of marketing, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

- This position reports directly to the CRO
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with sales and business objectives
- Drive demand generation initiatives to increase lead acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and events
- Implement data-driven approaches to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
- Lead the content marketing strategy, including content creation, distribution, and performance measurement
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and effectively engages and educates our target audience
- Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, driving personalized marketing efforts that support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to align ABM efforts with sales goals and enhance account engagement and conversions
- Enhance brand awareness and equity through strategic brand positioning and messaging
- Develop and execute brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate EIQ in the market
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and continuous professional development
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to align Marketing strategies with business objectives
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth

EvolutionIQ is a data-driven claim guidance platform for insurance providers. Its products combine structured and unstructured claim data with external third party data to provide powerful claim guidance, in an attempt to modernize the claims operations process.
The company's offering is certainly an attractive one for businesses handling large volumes of these claims - the solutions aim to help insurance providers detect and prevent fraud without impacting their productivity and customer experience. Historically, the insurance industry has had access to vast amounts of data without optimizing how they use it. EvolutionIQ's machine learning algorithms harness the learnings from every data point, allowing for much more well-informed, actionable insights.
Competition is steep among AI insurance firms, and EvolutionIQ counts rivals such as CCC Intelligent Solutions and Riskcovry in this space. However, the market size is huge and ripe for disruption.
