- 7+ years hands on technical sourcing experience
- A minimum of 4 years experience working for a tech company
- Strong handle on a variety of sourcing platforms and ability in assessing technical talent
- Clear and confident communicating, with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to build relationships with cross functional teams
- Bachelor Degree preferred
What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space and well as being a thought leader to our existing team members
- With exponential growth plans for 2023, this hands on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing and attracting top talent across all key areas of the business with a focus on commercial roles
- The focus of this role will be partnering with key stakeholders within the business and acting as the trusted advisor when it comes to talent attraction, talent pipelining and nurturing, interview training ,employee branding, compensation banding and market mapping
- Success in this role is building a high powered team that is finding top talent for our open requisitions in a timely manner while creating a seamless candidate experience

While it counts traditional banks as competitors, Airwallex stands out by its pricing, saving clients as much as 90% on foreign exchange rates vs. traditional banks. It also provides a range of financial solutions including corporate cards and expense management software, as well as a range of integrations into most commonly used accounting packages. This has seen its product adopted by over 20,000 corporate customers.
Founded in 2015 in Melbourne, Australia, Airwallex has grown to be one of the leaders in fintech with a valuation exceeding $5 billion and a global reach. Recently focusing on the APAC region, the company has expanded into Singapore and Malaysia, in addition to its increasing its presence in Hong Kong and mainland China. Having experienced 100% year on year customer growth over 2022 off the back of impressive Series E funding, this focus seems to be paying off.
