Graphic Designer, Sleeper

• A graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier; or graduates with some entry-level experience
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your passion and design skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/ or some experience in After Effects)
• Knowledge of design principles and social media design best practices
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player

Desirable

• Create engaging design for social media ads, web and digital campaigns following brand guidelines and creative direction
• Collaborate with design team to create static and animated product assets including icons, modal graphics and tutorial videos
• Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions to create new designs and receive feedback from more senior designers
• Participate in building Sleeper’s brand through visuals and storytelling
• Be part of a small but mighty design team pushing the boundaries of innovation!
• Join a small cohort of interns collaborating with mentors and senior team members
• Get onboarded to our design process and ramp up to full projects, including a capstone
• Completing the 12-week program gives you priority for our open full-time roles
