Business Intelligence Analyst, Green Man Gaming

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting role (or equivalent projects/internships)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases or data warehouses
• Comfort with data analysis and process mapping

• We’re hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team at a pivotal time for the business
• You’ll work closely with our Senior Data Engineer and stakeholders across various departments - from Marketing and Trading to Engineering, Finance, and Fraud - architecting data pipelines, business process automations and improvements, building reporting tools, and delivering insights that drive critical decision-making
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, managing your workflow and delivering independently, pro-actively building Subject Matter Expertise and an in-depth understanding of the business context
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define problems, and develop actionable solutions
• Design and document data workflows and processes clearly and consistently
• Build and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines in SQL, Python and JavaScript
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across systems, adhering to best practices and data privacy standards
• Create insightful reports and dashboards using Looker to support business decisions
• Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and drive positive change
