Content & Community Manager, Phyron

• Native-level English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability. Additional languages are a genuine bonus
• 3 to 5 years+ in content marketing or community roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech
• A portfolio that shows content you've created and results it delivered, not just job titles
• Comfortable across formats: long-form written, visual, video, and live
• Solid understanding of SEO and AEO, and how content gets found and surfaces in search engines
• Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, with the ability to translate insights into high-performing content strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools. You use them to go faster and think smarter, not to replace judgment
• An analytical instinct. You check what worked before deciding what to do next

• Build and run a content calendar that drives awareness and pipeline: blogs, case studies, white papers, social, email
• Own Phyron's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Grow the following. Make it worth following
• Nurture a community of dealers, automotive professionals, and AI enthusiasts who feel genuinely connected to what we're building
• Be the face and voice of the brand across webinars, podcasts, and social formats. Comfortable on camera is a must
• Use AI tools to scale your output intelligently, without losing the human quality that makes content worth reading
• Track performance, cut what isn't working, and report to stakeholders clearly and with confidence
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience so the content you create solves real commercial problems
