The Customer Care team’s mission is to transform how Robinhood supports its customers by integrating AI technologies that scale empathetic, accurate, and timely support
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation—designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI chatbot solutions that redefine customer support! Your work will directly influence how millions interact with our platform

Design and implement scalable generative AI solutions that elevate our customer care experience using advanced LLMs, natural language processing, and ML tools
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, PMs, and CX stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of chatbot features across the Robinhood ecosystem
Experiment with and prototype new capabilities, driving improvements in response quality, reliability, and personalization
Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and high-impact delivery
Champion best practices around testing, monitoring, security, and compliance in all AI initiatives
