Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning software products
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, increase market share, and position our products effectively in the competitive landscape
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to inform product positioning and messaging
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Create value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits of our software solutions
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, white papers, and product documentation. Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and resources that empower them to effectively sell our products. Develop and maintain sales playbooks and competitive analysis
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
