Role
Who you are
- Experience in building and expanding partnerships, either by working directly with managed service providers (MSPs), developing a partner ecosystem, or driving new business in a SaaS or software environment
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset
- Background in software or SaaS sales, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch, with good command of English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands

- At Eye, you will work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients
- We are looking for an MSP Partner Manager (f/m/x) to strengthen our Sales team in the Netherlands
- In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s Dutch managed service provider (MSP) partner network
- You will identify, sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Dutch market with entrepreneurial drive
- Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in the Netherlands
- Identify and onboard new partners, developing long-term relationships based on trust
- Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning
- Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure mutual growth
- Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact

Small businesses are the top priority for the company, as these organisations lose billions in damages related to cyber attacks every year.
With hundreds of customers across a wide array of industries, Eye Security’s proposition is a subscription model, making it more manageable for small businesses. Beyond its flagship cyber security and insurtech solution, the company also offers more tailored packages and industry-specific solutions, further widening its appeal.
It is this suitability for many industries that makes Eye Security stand out, and it has attracted substantial investment from the likes of JP Morgan. Interestingly, this will be used to consolidate its presence in European markets, rather than expanding into the likes of North America - where it would likely meet fierce competition from native companies.
