Lead Product Designer, Counsel Health

• 5+ years of consumer-focused product design experience
• Proven expertise designing mobile experiences
• Strong skills in rapidly prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)
• Demonstrated ability in leveraging user research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of broad initiatives

• As our first full-time designer, you'll play a critical role in shaping both our product vision and the overall visual and brand direction, embedding design closer to our culture, and driving our evolution into a truly consumer-grade healthcare platform
• Lead the design of user-facing features for our AI-powered medical advising platform
• Own and redefine the entire consumer-facing product experience, across both mobile and web platforms
• Quickly prototype and iterate on 0-1, innovative AI-driven healthcare experiences
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data and user feedback
• Conduct user research to deeply understand patient needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define, build, and test compelling brand assets that reflect our unique identity and vision
