Role
Who you are
- This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to complex marketing programs
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or revenue operations
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, tracking, and reporting in B2B SaaS, including UTM management, marketing attribution, and lifecycle stages
- Experience building dashboards and reports in marketing automation, CRM, or BI tools
- Experience with ABM and signal-based prospecting platforms (e.g., Common Room, 6sense)
- Admin-level expertise working with Hubspot and Salesforce
- Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- Data-driven with an eye for detail and operational excellence

What the job involves
- Veriff is looking for a Campaign Operations & Orchestration Manager to own the operating system behind our go-to-market campaigns. This role sits at the center of Revenue Marketing, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, tracked consistently, and reported clearly across teams
- You’ll work closely with Campaigns, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Field Marketing, and Sales to make sure campaigns run smoothly end-to-end, from planning and execution through performance reporting and optimization
- Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign setup and tracking structure, and ensure tooling across marketing systems is equipped to support campaigns
- Manage campaign intake, planning support, and execution readiness
- Ensure leads and buying signals are handled correctly and routed appropriately
- Execute and coordinate cross-functional, one-off campaign email sends
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reporting that surface performance, pipeline impact, and engagement trends
- Partner with Campaign and Lifecycle colleagues to support campaign planning, building, and orchestration
- Improve processes, documentation, and repeatability as the campaign engine scales
- What Success Looks Like:
- Campaigns launch on time with consistent setup and tracking
- Marketing and Sales have clear visibility into campaign performance and impact
- Leads and signals are routed accurately and followed up on
- Campaign reporting is trusted, repeatable, and actionable
- Teams spend less time coordinating and more time executing

He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
