Role
Who you are
- B2B Content Marketing: 2+ years in tech content marketing, especially B2B software. Strong writer across different types of content, including thought leadership, brand, and technical content—both long and short form
- SEO Optimization: You understand and have applied SEO best practices by leveraging SEO tools, like Semrush, to improve search ranking and visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations to improve content performance (i.e., new visitors, conversions, etc)
- Growth Mindset: Comfortable with rapid change and shifting goals, thriving in a dynamic startup environment
What the job involves
- As a Content Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the Marketing team and cross-functionality to develop high-performing content that drives traffic, increases demand, and generates leads across our GoLinks suite of products
- You will have the opportunity to impact content strategy and help shape the direction of content marketing and more extensive marketing campaigns
- Write and edit high-quality content (blogs, case studies, emails, sales materials, web copy)
- Plan and manage the content calendar for all product lines
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and targets key audiences
- Work with teams to create messaging that highlights product benefits
- Collaborate with designers to align visuals with content
- Use analytics to track and improve content effectiveness, leveraging Hubspot, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, FullStory, and other tools
- Stay updated on industry and SEO trends to create relevant, timely content
Our take
These days, collaboration in the workplace is key to efficient company processes, with sharing links being an important part of workflows. However, lengthy, unreadable URLs are difficult to scan-search and take up space in applications. GoLinks transforms large URLs into human-readable go links that are more easily managed in emails and chats, whilst still working directly in browsers.
Traditionally, links have been shared in the form of URLs, with titles sometimes attached to identify the destination. The quickest way to access much-used links has been to bookmark them, but staff can quickly rack up files upon files of bookmarks which become as slow to search through as the original place the links were posted. By making links much shorter, and into plain words, GoLinks makes it possible for staff to simply recall them, granting quick access without skimming documents or bookmarks. GoLinks is not the only link-shortening product available, with an array of alternatives – some of which can be easier to employ – but the company stands out as delivering a quicker return on investment and being overall more affordable.
GoLinks has been repeatedly recognized in G2 Reports as a leading software in its category. Funds raised by the company have been cited to go towards investing in the product, distribution, and hiring.
