Role
Who you are
- Experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, SEO, email and social, ideally in a hybrid PLG/SLG context
- A strategic thinker with hands-on experience building acquisition campaigns that generate SQOs and commercial pipeline
- Familiarity with user journey mapping, conversion metrics and funnel optimisation, from free sign-up to revenue
- Confidence using data to inform decisions and optimise performance, especially around SQO quality, free user growth and PQL conversion

- As our senior growth marketing manager you’ll shape and execute high-impact acquisition campaigns during a transformative phase for our marketing team
- This role is at the heart of our shift towards a full-funnel, always-on growth engine, driving measurable pipeline impact across both product-led (PLG) and sales-led (SLG) motions
- You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of multi-channel campaigns that attract and convert high-intent audiences across our hybrid funnel: generating SQOs and pipeline across Commercial and Enterprise segments (SLG) and driving volume in our free user base (PLG)
- You’ll collaborate closely with field marketing, lifecycle, SEO and performance marketing to ensure a seamless user journey, one that supports free user acquisition, conversion to Product Qualified Leads (PQLs), and ultimately drives revenue
- This role will collaborate closely to form a strategic layer which guides marketing activity and prioritisation, working very closely with the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing
- It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow
