Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in a net new logo role, selling complex software solutions
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas (min £550,000 ARR+ target) (£30k ACV+)
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals (Legal, IT, Procurement, Compliance)
- Proficient in (SPIN, Sandler, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC)
- Ability to map complex, non-linear workflows and identify hidden inefficiencies in manual compliance processes
- Proven ability to pivot discovery mid-conversation when initial assumptions are challenged
- Ability to move from 'feature pitching' to 'business case building’
- You possess the executive presence and analytical rigour to move beyond "feature pitching." You can navigate high-level discovery to translate technical AML capabilities into a quantifiable business case
Desirable
- Having worked in a SaaS startup environment, where you’ve had to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Experience selling into professional services
- Experience with KYC/CDD/AML
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience selling into the legal sector
What the job involves
- As a Senior Account Executive, your key focus will be to build your pipeline and close deals at pace
- Finding your own new sales opportunities
- Collaborating and working on leads alongside an SDR
- Proactively nurturing and managing your pipeline
- Creating bespoke platform demonstrations that accurately solve the needs of our clients
- Become a legal sector expert: understand the challenges that risk and compliance professionals face, and also the wider challenges of the sector
- Attending events with the intent to add to your pipeline
- This is a hybrid role with expectations that you will be working from our Shoreditch office 3 days a week. We will be asking you to work solely from the office at the beginning, until training is completed
- What success looks like in the first 90 days
- 30 Days: Master the Source platform and pass the "Pitch Certification”
- 60 Days: Have already built a solid pipeline that you've built through self-sourcing and SDR collaboration
- 90 Days: Be into your rhythm of sourcing and winning projects
