Director of Website & Social, Circle

• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, website management, or growth marketing
• 6+ years of people management experience with a record of building high-performing teams
• Proven success leading large-scale website and social media initiatives with measurable business outcomes
• Strong design sensibility and ability to guide user-centric, brand-aligned digital design
• Deep knowledge of modern web architecture, including CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow), SEO/SEM, CRO, and UX optimization
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker or Superset, HubSpot, and AI-based personalization or testing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including executive-level influence

• Driving performance across key metrics—including traffic quality, conversion rate, engagement, and audience growth—by applying best practices in UX, SEO, technical performance, and content
• Leveraging tools like GA4, Webflow, HubSpot, Smartling, and Sprout Social to enhance performance through automation, personalization, and experimentation
• Maintaining best-in-class UX and design standards across all digital touchpoints
• Serving as a thought partner across Growth, Brand & Creative, Product, and Business Development, identifying innovations in tooling and AI that enhance the user journey
