Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a product leader who not only understands the cybersecurity domain, but also has a strong platform mindset — someone who can identify opportunities, validate solutions through customer input, and iterate quickly to deliver compelling user experiences
- You’ll bring a passion for crafting innovative, scalable, and intuitive products, and a track record of launching successful solutions in a complex B2B environment
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful B2B software products
- Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and understanding of key SOC workflows and tools, such as SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and levels—internally and externally
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Experience building and leading high-performing product teams, with a focus on coaching, growth, and collaboration
- A strong cross-functional mindset, with demonstrated success partnering with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience building products for security operations teams, ideally in MDR, MSSP, or SOC environments would be highly desired
- Be interested in and able to work remotely from a home office when not at a corporate office
- Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws
What the job involves
- Deepwatch is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation behind our cybersecurity platform offerings
- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for guiding a team of product managers in delivering exceptional, customer-focused products that drive growth and deepen engagement
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of Deepwatch’s MDR offerings - translating our business vision into a clear, actionable product roadmap and driving end-to-end execution
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Cyber Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our products solve real problems, deliver tangible value, and are built with excellence
- Drive roadmap and execution: Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap, align it with business goals, and partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact products
- Champion customer value: Advocate for customer needs, prioritize great design, and build solutions that deliver real outcomes
- Bridge product and operations: Work closely with Cyber Operations to ensure our offerings align with the realities of 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and customer SLAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market efforts, pricing/packaging, and product enablement
- Influence and evangelize: Build strong business cases for investment, represent Deepwatch at key industry events, and help shape our product culture and strategy
- Lead and inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers while modeling Deepwatch’s Core Values and Leadership Attributes
- Think like a customer’s CISO: Build products that not only perform, but also instill confidence in our customers by aligning with their security goals, KPIs, and compliance needs

Deepwatch supplies Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, combining its technology and expertise to optimize protections for its clients, mitigate risk, and improve security outcomes.
Grasping the need for greater security for digital platforms, applications, and data, Deepwatch has built a cloud SecOps platform, upon which its services run. Its managed services are tailored to the requirements of each individual client, and involve a team of security experts collaborating with the business to gain an in-depth knowledge of their security requirements and specific areas of risk to target.
Competition for Deepwatch comes from companies such as Paladion, Crypsis, and ExtraHop. However, the demand for managed cybersecurity solutions is growing and - given there is a general cybersecurity skills shortage - security management companies like Deepwatch are becoming increasingly necessary. Funding raised by the company will allow it to grow to meet this demand, by accelerating innovation and development, and expanding its partner ecosystem.
