You’re a hands-on data professional with a few years of experience under your belt and ready to grow your impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy working with modern technologies, and are excited about applying your skills to solve real-world problems in a critical industry
You’re collaborative, curious, and eager to deepen your technical expertise while contributing to impactful products
Strong proficiency in Python in a production environment
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (especially services like Glue, Redshift, or S3)
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and real-time use cases
Familiarity with Spark, Hive, or similar big data tools
Working knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with orchestration tools like Prefect or Airflow
Exposure to modern data workflows, notebooks, and warehouse modeling
Understanding of data quality monitoring and testing frameworks

What the job involves

Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines to support internal analytics and customer-facing product features
Own data integrations across systems and ensure data is clean, validated, and well-modeled
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure the right data is available in the right format at the right time
Leverage modern data tools and cloud infrastructure to build scalable solutions that meet business and technical requirements
Troubleshoot data issues and continuously improve pipeline performance and observability
