Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience of account management within an agency, PR firm or consulting company paired with outstanding communication and leadership skills. Experience in working with Talent is a plus
- Minimum 3-4 years of Project/Client Management experience in the creative/ advertising industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Resilient and able to always handle multiple projects
- Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and readership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory
- Ability to work well under time pressure
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to think analytically

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager (all genders) to oversee and manage a key client account within Highsnobiety+
- This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the strategic direction and success of the client's projects
- Work closely with inter-departments to bring creative campaigns to life
- Create and manage integrated campaign timelines and budgets
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Collaborate with creative teams, production, sales, editorial and with global counterparts to ensure creative integrity, transparency, and delivery
- Hold internal and external parties accountable to meet deadlines given
- Liaise between clients and Highsnobiety+ to communicate deadlines, budgets, and approvals
- Foresee challenges or obstacles and take action to minimize impact
- Build relationships with clients throughout project to retain business
- Responsible for understanding project status at any given time
- Record revenues, track costs and maintain accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects
- Maintain all project assets and archive projects
- Work with and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Work closely with the teams and leadership to improve workflows and processes

After being acquired by Zalando in 2022, Highsnobiety has maintained its independence while benefiting from the extra reach and resources of its parent company. In return, it supports Zalando in reaching younger and more fashion-first audiences, as it continues to launch new collaborations and remain a powerful voice in the street fashion world.
