Who you are
- Background in financial services, preferably in an operational risk, QA or related role
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What the job involves
- We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to support our Operational Risk Team
- This role is pivotal in ensuring our processes are efficient and effective, driving continuous improvement in our services
- Process Delivery: Ensure Operational Risk Team processes meet SLAs, suggesting improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction
- QA Reviews: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews, report findings and recommendations
- Credit Portfolio Analysis: QA credit portfolio reporting and handling ad-hoc amendments
- Incident Management: Take part in incident response, complete ad-hoc tasks and analysis assigned by management
- Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in projects affecting business processes
- Team Collaboration: Build effective working relationships to address business opportunities or issues
