What the job involves
- As the Engineering Manager for the Margin team, you will be at the forefront of innovation for Robinhood's essential suite of Margin offerings
- This highly dynamic role involves collaboration with product, data, and other engineering teams
- The features delivered by this team are among the highest leverage within the company, directly contributing to generating $100s of millions in revenue
- Lead and empower your team: Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Drive product excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and implement a roadmap for seamless payment experiences
- Develop new features: Build and optimize solutions for global markets, ensuring they are intuitive and reliable
- Promote standard methodologies in engineering: Ensure high-quality code, scalability, and security in all deliverables
