- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for our CFO & CPO, to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives. This role demands a meticulous attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who is adept at prioritizing tasks and managing communications across the organization
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate project timelines and follow up with team members where required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general administrative support
