• Securly is seeking a dynamic professional to fulfill the Marketing Events Coordinator role
• This position is critical to advancing the execution of our field marketing initiatives by ensuring the seamless planning and execution of trade show events
• Event Planning and Execution
• Manage all aspects of short- and long-term event planning and management, including:
• Vendor coordination
• Budget tracking and ROI analysis
• Swag and collateral allocation and delivery
• On-site event operations for major US trade shows
• Tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• Collaboration with the creative and product marketing teams on design and content elements including booth design, collateral, and product positioning
• Deliver pre-event briefings and post-event evaluation presentations to the sales and executive teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and logistics
• Operations and Event Organization
• Maintain and update SOPs to ensure efficiency in marketing operations
• Leverage project management tools to ensure all aspects of each event are tracked and completed on time
• Work closely with creative, product marketing, and demand gen teams to promote events successfully
