Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who is analytical and excited to test & scale new marketing ideas, build new processes, and analyze data & reporting to generate insights and optimize our marketing performance
- 3+ years of B2C marketing experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Iterable)
- Tactical execution of email, segment, and campaign builds
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills – the ability to analyze, interpret, and generate actionable insights and next steps. Comfortable with dashboards, analyzing marketing performance, understanding marketing attribution, and reporting
- Strong project management skills - the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is excited to design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive member sign-ups and engagement with Garner and build reporting to analyze & optimize marketing performance
- This high-impact role is at the heart of our growth engine - helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and ultimately improve health outcomes at scale
- You’ll combine marketing, data & analytics, and cross-functional collaboration (working with Product, Data & Reporting, and Account Management) to drive member engagement and client retention
- The role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing
- Run multi-channel marketing campaigns: Build and launch marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, direct mail, and SMS) utilizing marketing automation tools platforms like Iterable) to drive member sign-ups and engagement with Garner
- Analyze performance & deliver insights: Measure and analyze campaign & channel performance metrics to generate recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Own key member engagement dashboards, improve marketing attribution, and develop regular reporting to understand success of our marketing campaigns and how to optimize future campaigns
- Refine messaging and segmentation: Design and implement A/B tests to refine targeting and messaging and optimize campaign performance. Use data to identify key segments and tailor marketing strategy and campaigns by segment
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Account Management, Data, & Reporting to support new product launches and custom client marketing initiatives and analyze and optimize marketing performance
- Optimize new processes: Build and improve scalable marketing processes to improve efficiency

Garner Health creates digital services that allow patients to find a medical expert that fits their specific needs, whatever their insurance circumstances are.
The startup provides an app that analyses local health-insurance claims history through AI. This data is used to recommend local medical professionals that will work with a patient's circumstances whilst providing direct communication channels for liaising. This helps patients to identify the highest-quality doctors and helps doctors improve how they practice medicine.
Despite other companies providing similar bespoke healthcare services, Garner Health shows a cutting edge by partnering with patient employers. This provides the financial incentive that employers must cover all or a portion of medical expenses, making healthcare financially accessible for all involved. The company has good funding at its back, and in 2022 partnered with Marathon Health towards reducing the inefficiencies of specialty referrals.
