• As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Certn’s products by defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering solutions that create meaningful value for customers and the business
• This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership
• You’ll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and bring innovative products and features to market
• You’ll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and customer needs
• You’ll also serve as a key voice of the customer, using market insights, data, and direct customer feedback to help shape product direction and priorities
• The successful candidate will be located in Canada
• You’ll be working closely with our team in Eastern Europe so the expectation is to be aligned with their working hours

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify problems worth solving and opportunities for growth
• Define and communicate product vision, priorities, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders
• Discover, validate, and prioritize customer and market needs to drive innovation and future product development
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic investments with iterative improvements
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities that enable successful execution
• Define, track, and evaluate product success metrics, using data and customer insights to continuously improve outcomes
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive alignment and execution
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities
• Develop business cases and profitability analyses to support product investment decisions and maximize commercial impact
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing product culture
