What the job involves
- Position Title: Associate, Go to Market Operations
- Reporting to: Director, Go To Marketing Operations
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Operations) Associate reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, to support optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth
- Our GTM Operations team is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our growth team to run effectively and efficiently
- This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to work at the intersection of strategy, data analysis and business operations
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data-driven decisions and help refine processes that drive growth and efficiency
- Pipeline Management & Analytics: Track and analyze sales pipeline data to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
- CRM Optimization: Maintain and enhance the CRM system (Salesforce) to support sales activities, ensuring data accuracy and usability for the team.Proposal Management: Streamline and oversee Well’s sales proposal process to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Maintain an organized library of standard responses and collaborate with teams to ensure content remains accurate and up-to-date
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with GTM Operations and sales leads to organize and distribute relevant content, tools, and resources for effective prospecting and client engagement
- Data Analysis: Generate reports and insights from sales activities to highlight key trends and identify areas for improvement
- Research: Conduct thorough and reliable research to support business initiatives and inform decision-making
- Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables for go-to-market projects. Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are executed efficiently
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and outcomes. Clearly communicate findings, updates, and feedback to ensure consistency and alignment across teams
- General Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the GTM team to enable the seamless execution of sales initiatives

Mobile health-tracking apps have become popular over the last decade, but existing platforms often provide uniform services as opposed to personalizing each user's experience. In addition to this, incentives to regularly use an app are generally focused on mobile notifications and manual tracking systems, features that require manual data entry and are easy to ignore.
Well provides a digital health platform that leverages member health data to provide users with a personalized and all-in-one platform for improving their health. Instead of relying on notifications and uniform systems, member data is used to deliver daily health recommendations from AI clinicians, loyalty rewards, and direct support tools.
With many apps on the market for different health points, the digital health tracking landscape is very saturated, yet Well is taking a unified approach to providing personalized and authentic experiences for users. The platform aims to provide guidance that is actionable and engaging, as opposed to just another mobile app that is used on an occasional health kick.
