Who you are
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting or high-performance hiring experience across in-house teams, startups, scale-ups, or agencies
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with outbound recruiting
- Experience partnering closely with founders and senior leaders

What the job involves
- You will join a small, high-energy team of passionate people who care deeply about quality. We combine market research expertise, strong engineering talent, and experience building companies from zero to scale
- As Talent Partner at Conveo, you will build the team that builds the company. You will own recruiting end-to-end while also supporting core people processes that help the team operate at a high bar as we scale
- You will attract, assess, and close exceptional talent across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations, while partnering closely with founders on hiring strategy, org design, and talent decisions
- This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will shape hiring strategy, candidate experience, long-term talent density, and foundational people practices
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers
- Own roles from kickoff to close, including sourcing and closing
- Maintain speed without sacrificing quality
- Be the main point of contact and advocate for candidates
- Communicate clearly, quickly, and honestly

- Track funnel health and remove bottlenecks
- Maintain clean hiring and people data in ATS and internal tools
- Build repeatable playbooks and templates
- Build the team for a hyper-growth, YC-backed AI company
- Work directly with founders and strong operators

Our take
Qualitative research has long been one of the most valuable (and painful) parts of building products and brands. It's slow, expensive, and often skipped altogether, leaving teams to make big decisions without full insight. There's a massive market for better customer understanding and it's only growing, yet traditional methods just aren't keeping up. So, Conveo is stepping in to change that.
It's doing so by acting as an AI-powered research coworker. Instead of weeks of planning, scheduling, interviewing, and analysis, teams can run hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight, and in over 50 languages. The impact of this is huge, saving days or even weeks of work and surfacing insights humans might miss. And crucially, every insight links back to the original transcript, so researchers can trust and verify what the AI finds.
What's especially impressive is how quickly Conveo is gaining momentum. Despite being pretty new to the scene, the company has already raised $5.3M in seed funding. This early traction and a clear vision for what's next (from multimodal interviews to long-term knowledge analysis), positions Conveo as more than just a promising startup.
