Role
Who you are
- This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Reinforce our current brand guidelines and design systems, and grow our brand resources to support international languages, photography and regional content
- Auditing and growing our brand guidelines, including expanding to support regional needs for APAC and USA
- Working alongside Senior Brand Designer to create creative guidelines and workflow for a new area of the business
- Ad-hoc brand and marketing design tasks which could include social media content, print designs for event creative
- Second-to-final year student
- Advanced or Proficient level of English
- You're passionate about digital note-taking
- Familiar with graphic design and/or brand design
- Good understanding of layout design, typography, design systems

- Internship start date: 27 May 2025 (Tuesday) or 24 June 2025 (Tuesday)
- Launch into the world of Brand & Marketing Design with an Internship at Goodnotes in our London office!
- This internship will impact Goodnotes globally with a unique and rare insight in the early days of a rebrand’s implementation
- The guidelines that we create together, the templates we build, and the photo libraries and regional typography we source will be used at some point by everyone within the business
- This work will contribute to the growth and localisation of our brand, ultimately helping us become a more engaging, consistent, trustworthy and helpful brand to those who need it
- Internally, this improvement and growth to our guidelines and brand resources will make our work more streamlined and manageable

Goodnotes is a digital note-taking tool for handwritten notes and (formerly) paper-based information. Thanks to its signature vector ink engine, the app delivers a precise and natural writing experience. It can read handwriting and allow users to search it, as well as convert it to text for easy sharing into other apps or even web pages. Goodnotes also supports importing, searching, and navigation through PDF, PowerPoint, Word, image files, and more.
The platform is available across iPhone, iPad and Mac. One of the leading note-taking solutions on the App Store (with over 14,000 positive reviews) it competes with apps like Notability and Paper by WeTransfer.
