Who you are
- The ideal candidate for this role has a relentless drive to help brands propel their business forward and a background of thriving in a competitive sales environment
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven record of quota attainment
- High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Have the discipline and motivation to work independently
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus

- As a member of the GuildQuality sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor, empowering our prospective clients to discover products that will transform their CX strategy from the ground up
- You will advocate for the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more customer-centric, efficient, and profitable
- You will have the opportunity to delight customers by doing what’s right for their business and providing them with proven, worldclass practices for innovation
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects over the phone and via email
- Manange the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call through close
- Build and maintain a sizeable pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Perform compelling product demos and sales presentations with Director, VP, and C-Level contacts
- Light travel to trade shows and events might be required
