- You know how to build QA processes for web applications, combining manual and automated testing
- You bring expertise with RobotFramework, JMeter, and CI/CD environments like GitLab CI
- You are fluent in French and English, with strong communication and team leadership skills
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to deliver results in an agile environment
What the job involves
- Lead and mentor a team of 17 QA engineers, driving quality across product releases
- Define and evolve QA strategies, processes, and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality for new features and updates
- Own and optimize the testing infrastructure, improving test coverage and speeding up release cycles
- Ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability standards before launch
