• Mastered calendar and inbox - you know what matters to Raj, what is noise, and what is not
• Shadowed Raj in all meetings - you understand his meetings, priorities, and working style
• Established your quality standards and techniques to meet them - nothing leaves your desk with errors
• Run logistics for 5+ major meetings - materials ready, people briefed, no surprises
• Built your action tracking system - Raj's commitments are visible and moving forward, no actions have been missed

• Output: Raj trusts you completely with his operation
