Who you are
- Expertise in and passion for Salesforce CRM optimization. Someone data-driven and detail-oriented, and driven by the understanding that this work is essential to the growth of the company
- A love for cross-functional collaboration. This person has the desire to be in a highly visible and impactful role in a rapidly growing start-up
- 5+ years of experience in an operations role specifically focused on sales, marketing or a similarly process oriented function
- Experience with or exposure to top-of-funnel sales processes and/or marketing campaign generation
- Interest in and exposure to the SaaS world
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
What the job involves
- Hummingbird is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) teams and broader business operations
- In this role, you will partner closely with the SVP of Growth while collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other key departments
- Your focus will be on optimizing GTM processes, data-driven decision-making, and automation, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency as we scale globally
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enable our teams to operate at their highest level
- Help drive our Sales team’s success, especially by maximizing our use of Salesforce. You will:
- Implement best practices, evaluating both points of friction in our current processes and emerging business needs, utilizing flows and validations
- Help increase lead conversion velocity
- Leverage data analysis and build reports relating to sales effectiveness and marketing campaigns
- Identify gaps in Salesforce - help improve data hygiene for reliable reporting and analytics
- Own the relationship between sales and marketing. Your ultimate goal is to increase lead efficiency, conversion and bookings
- Partner with leadership cross-functionally to drive improvements. Based on your consistent evaluation & expertise with Sales and Marketing data, you’ll help implement changes across both orgs
- Advise marketing on new content for demand generation and product marketing based on data-backed recommendations

Up to $2 trillion is laundered every year across the world, and less than 1% of this laundering is caught by compliance teams; Hummingbird is hoping that its software can change this.
The company is led by co-founders with backgrounds in risk, data science, software engineering, and digital payments, so it's not hard to see where its expertise comes from. Not satisfied with the results that firms achieve using spreadsheets and other traditional tools, Hummingbird offers an automated solution to compliance and AML.
