Role
Who you are
- Have experience with making technical decisions informed by performance and usage metrics
- Thrive in a small engineering team and are excited to manage feature development lifecycles across the stack

- Experience: 4+ Years of Professional Software Engineering Experience, including at least 2 years of experience with Python or a similar language for REST API backend development, and at least 3 years of experience with React.JS or a similar framework for UI/front-end development
- Familiarity with our technologies: Strong experience with our primary technologies, including React.js, Redux.js for UI development, and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas) for backend development
- Experience with NoSQL Databases: Preferable experience working with NoSQL databases, highlighting the ability to handle non-relational data models effectively
- AI Knowledge: Exposure to B2B products leveraging Generative AI is preferred
- Founding developer's journey: Experience with designing and shipping products in a fast-paced startup is preferred

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product-led growth through engineering
- This opportunity places you at the heart of an early-stage, rapidly evolving B2B SaaS startup, enabling you to influence our product roadmap and team culture profoundly
- Take complete ownership from conception through to production release and have the ability to influence, facilitate, and work collaboratively across teams
- Implement good database design in a No-SQL database (we use MongoDB and vector databases)

It's a simple but effective proposition. Sybill's AI can take deal notes, draft tone-correct follow-up emails and write process-aware CRM updates. Its model was built specifically for sales, making it a better option than more generic AI admin tools.
The company has raised significant funds, the latest of which will be used to further the development of its AI and build out its team. With upwards of 500 paying customers, the company has got off to a great start and is set up nicely for future growth.
