Who you are
- B2B Growth or Related Background: You have a robust background in growth-related functions in hyper-growth companies, like sales development, sales, account management, or leading your own company. Experience in top management consulting, project management, or more strategic roles is a strong plus. (Preferred work experience: >7 years; but open to a less experienced superstar - just make your case)
- Leadership experience: You have leadership experience and can motivate and excite a team to go the extra mile. People development is one of your main passions. You have led leaders before and built larger teams
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives
- Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You can anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details
- Language Proficiency & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in French and English are required

What the job involves
- As Head of Growth France (General Manager), you will be responsible for hyper-scaling our French market and business (B2B) with the help of our amazing local growth team of Business Development and Account Managers
- You will also be part of our Global Growth Leadership Team, and drive the overarching go-to-market strategy with the VP of Sales and the CGO
- Impactful Role: As Head of Growth France, you are the key driver and decision maker for our growth journey in France. You're responsible for leading our current superstar team of 8 trailblazers, developing & scaling it up (growing to 10 until end of year or more depending on your output), and together winning the market
- Be a mentor
- Global Leadership: As part of our Global Leadership Team across our 6 countries, you will not only shape decisions about Hive’s growth but also the future of Hive’s offering, growth strategy & culture
- France and B2B Sales Expert: You are the voice of the French market in the organization. You will help us understand localization efforts and use localized knowledge and networks to make Hive the leading player in the country
- As the Head of Growth France at Hive, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company, while working alongside a talented and diverse team
- Your strategic thinking, growth mindset skills, and leadership skills will be essential in driving Hive's growth and success in our competitive market
Our take
Streamlining commerce operations requires the participation of various departments, which can complicate the purchase-to-delivery cycle and lead to delays. Hive’s platform helps to streamline commerce operations through a network of operations providers.
Hive’s Warehouse Management System works in tandem with its Transport Management System to organise and economise the operations of eCommerce businesses. Importantly, its network of solutions means that users can give their customers an accurate delivery date from the moment of purchase online. This leads to a better experience that can help foster loyalty and support repeat purchases.
This is an attractive proposition, especially as eCommerce begins to take over from the high street and consumer expectations continue to rise. Investors have recognised this potential in Hive, which intends to use its latest funding round to accelerate growth and product development, with the aim to reach profitability by 2025.
